Terms and Conditions

PAYMENTS:

Rome Walks & Beyond accepts credit cards payment from: Mastercard, Visa and Paypal.
We do not charge a service fee for processing credit-card payments.
Full payment is required to secure a reservation and will appear on your banking statement. 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

We require 72 hour advance notice of any cancellation.

Cancellations must be advised via e-mail at info@romewalks.com no less than 72 hours in advance of the tour. We shall acknowledge receipt of your cancellation via email.

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the total charged per person, plus the cost of entry tickets where applicable.

There are no partial refunds when a cancellation is made within 72 hours of a tour or at the discretion of management.

Once a tour has commenced, there are no partial refunds are available.

Full refunds will apply only at the discretion of management.

Reservation Requirements: Please keep us informed of any changes in your hotel arrangements and contact information in including mobile numbers and email in case we need to contact you in Rome regarding your tours.
